Who We Are
AutoReelr (“AutoReelr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI-powered platform for generating short-form faceless videos, including scripts, voiceovers, visuals, subtitles, music, and final rendered video files. The Service is provided from the United States.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” will refer to both you and the organization.
Your Account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to (a) provide accurate information when creating your account, (b) keep your credentials confidential, and (c) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
Credits, Plans & Payments
Some features of the Service require credits or a paid subscription. Credits are consumed when you generate content (for example, when rendering a video or running a generation step) and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Prices, included credits, and plan features are displayed at the point of purchase and may change from time to time. Changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may expire if an account is inactive for an extended period.
- If your account is terminated for a violation of these Terms, any unused credits are forfeited.
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes, bank fees, and currency conversion charges.
Your Content
“Your Content” means the prompts, topics, images, audio, text, and other materials you submit to the Service, as well as the generated outputs (scripts, voiceovers, images, subtitles, music selections, and rendered videos) produced based on your inputs.
Ownership
As between you and AutoReelr, you retain ownership of Your Content, subject to the rights of third parties whose models, stock assets, or licensed material may be part of a generated output. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring that it does not infringe or violate any rights.
License to AutoReelr
You grant AutoReelr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service, including fulfilling any publishing action you request (for example, uploading a rendered video to your connected YouTube channel). This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except where we are required to retain it by law or to resolve a dispute.
Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Service, you grant AutoReelr an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback without obligation to you.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service, and not to allow anyone else to use the Service, to create, upload, or distribute content that:
- is unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or defamatory;
- infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, publicity, privacy, or other right of any third party;
- contains sexual content involving minors, or material that sexualizes minors in any way;
- depicts real people without their consent in a way that creates a false impression (“deepfakes”) or is intended to harass, defame, or intimidate them;
- promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or incitement against a protected class;
- is designed to mislead people about its origin (such as impersonating a real person or organization);
- contains malware, scripts, or links that could harm devices or networks;
- attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models, weights, or source code of the Service;
- attempts to bypass rate limits, credit accounting, or other enforcement mechanisms;
- uses the Service to compete with AutoReelr by training, fine-tuning, or distilling a competing model from our outputs;
- violates the terms of a third-party platform to which you publish (for example, the YouTube Terms of Service or YouTube Community Guidelines).
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, remove, or refuse to process content that, in our reasonable judgment, violates these Terms or exposes AutoReelr or our users to risk.
Third-Party Platforms
The Service can publish videos to third-party platforms on your behalf (for example, YouTube via YouTube API Services). When you connect such a platform, your use of that platform is governed by its own terms and privacy policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AutoReelr’s publishing features complies with those third-party terms and any laws applicable to the content you publish. You may revoke AutoReelr’s access at any time via the relevant provider’s security settings or by disconnecting the account within the Service.
AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimers
The Service uses AI models that generate text, voice, imagery, and video. Outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, offensive, biased, or unexpectedly similar to existing works.
- AutoReelr makes no representation that generated outputs are original, non-infringing, factually accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any generated output before publishing, distributing, or commercializing it.
- The same or similar prompts may produce similar outputs for different users; AutoReelr does not guarantee uniqueness.
- Voice and image models may reproduce styles or likenesses. Do not use the Service to imitate a real person’s voice or likeness without their consent.
Intellectual Property
AutoReelr, the AutoReelr logo, and all associated software, design, text, graphics, and other materials that make up the Service (excluding Your Content) are owned by AutoReelr or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted by these Terms, AutoReelr reserves all rights in and to the Service.
Beta Features
We may, from time to time, make new or experimental features available (“Beta Features”). Beta Features are provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued without notice. AutoReelr is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of use of a Beta Feature.
Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, failures of our service providers, or events outside our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
Termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, that your use creates legal or security risk for us or other users, or that continued provision of the Service is no longer commercially viable.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as sections on Your Content, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOREELR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
AUTOREELR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR THAT ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CONTENT, WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR APPROPRIATE FOR ANY USE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AUTOREELR OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF AUTOREELR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOREELR’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO AUTOREELR FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AutoReelr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration clause below, you and AutoReelr agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any claim not subject to arbitration.
Informal resolution first
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If we cannot resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days, either party may proceed as described below.
Binding arbitration (U.S. users)
To the extent permitted by law, you and AutoReelr agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party will bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs, except as required by law.
Class-action waiver
You and AutoReelr agree that any dispute will be brought solely in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Small claims & injunctive relief
Nothing in this section will prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims relating to intellectual property or unauthorized use of the Service, or from pursuing a claim in small claims court.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AutoReelr regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. AutoReelr may assign these Terms without restriction.
- Force majeure. Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- Notices. We may provide notices to you via email or by posting them within the Service.
